In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 163, s. 2026, titled “Utilization of RO-Procured Dynamic Learning Program (Learning Activity Sheets and Teacher’s Note and Learning Packets,” this Office informs all schools on the proper utilization of the said learning resources procured by the Regional Office to support continuous learning delivery emergencies and class suspensions.
