Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11650, titled “An Act Instituting a Policy of Inclusion and Services for Learners with Disabilities in Support of Inclusive Education,” and in line with the Division’s continuing efforts to strengthen inclusive education, this Office hereby announces the participation of selected personnel in the Seminar-Workshop on Special Needs Education, titled “PDAO Carmona–UP SPED Making Inclusive Education Work in Carmona: MTSS Tiers 1 to 3,” to be conducted by the Local Government Unit (LGU) through the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) on May 13–15, 2026.
