In reference to the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Information and Communications Technology (OASICT) dated 20 May 2026, titled “Cybersecurity Awareness Baseline Survey,” a copy of which is attached for guidance, all DepEd personnel are hereby requested to accomplish the DepEd Cybersecurity Awareness Pre-Survey.
