Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11650, titled “An Act Instituting a Policy of Inclusion and Services for Learners with Disabilities in Support of Inclusive Education,” and in line with the Division’s continuing efforts to strengthen inclusive education, this Office hereby endorses School-aged Learners with Disabilities (SNED) for enrollment, placement, and provision of appropriate educational support services in all public elementary and secondary schools within the division for the upcoming school year 2026-2027.
