Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10121, the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010, and Republic Act No. 11036, the Mental Health Act, and aligned with the Schools Division Office of Carmona’s LATAG Framework and CARE MUNA, the Division’s DRRM initiative, this Office announces the conduct of the CARE MUNA: Capacity Building on First Aid and Psychological First Aid for Resilient Responders on June 9–10, 2026, at the Atty. Benjamin L. Loyola Social Hall, Carmona Elementary School, Carmona City.
