Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 entitled “Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education” and DM-OSEC-OUHRODI-2026-0001 entitled “Guidance in the Implementation of the Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) for Teachers for SY 2025–2026,” this Office announces the submission of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF), Summary of Ratings, and Consolidated Individual Development Plan (IDP) for School Year 2025–2026.
