In compliance to DepEd Memorandum 22, s. 2015, titled Annual Physical Examination of DepEd Employees (Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel) and R.A. 11223, also known as the Universal Healthcare Act, all teaching and non-teaching personnel are required to undergo an Annual Physical Examination (APE) and submitted their laboratory results to their respective Division School Health and Nutrition Section Unit for further evaluation prior to commencement of SY 2026-2027. However, several personnel have failed to comply with the said requirement during their scheduled Annual Physical Examination.
