In line with DepEd Order No. 29, s. 2017, on the Policy Guidelines on System Assessment in the K to 12 Basic Education Program, and to provide sufficient time for the development, quality assurance, and refinement of assessment tools aligned with international standards, this Office announces the revised schedule for the crafting, initial submission, evaluation, revision, and final submission of First Term Mathematics Assessment Tools anchored on the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes (SOLO) Framework. The schedule adjustment likewise aims to strengthen the capacity of teachers and master teachers in developing valid, reliable, and curriculum-aligned classroom assessments.
