Attached to this Memorandum is Council Memorandum No. 04, s. 2026, issued by Mr. Elmer L. Cayas, OIC, Council Executive, Boy Scouts of the Philippines–Cavite Council, entitled “Annual Registration Fees,” for the information and guidance of all concerned. The attached Council Memorandum prescribes the annual registration fees for Boy Scout members and unit leaders for School Year 2026–2027 in support of the continued implementation of Scouting programs and services.
