Pursuant to the Omnibus Rules on Leave, Rule XVI of the Omnibus Rules Implementing Book V of Executive Order No. 292, and other relevant Department of Education policies on attendance monitoring and personnel administration, all Public Elementary and Secondary schools are hereby directed to submit the Monthly Summary Report of Attendance of all School-based personnel including Casual employees but excluding Job Order workers, Contract of Service personnel, and employees funded by the Local School Board or the Special Education Fund.
