Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7079, otherwise known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the conduct of the face-to-face Cliniquing of 2026 Regional Schools Press Conference Qualifiers. The activity aims to strengthen the competencies of campus journalists and school paper advisers in preparation for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) and higher-level campus journalism competitions.
