Pursuant to the Memorandum dated October 13, 2026, issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Governance and Operations on the designation of Learner Formation Officers (LFO) and the provision of handheld metal detectors in All Public Schools under DO No. 006, s. 2026, all public schools are directed to comply with the prescribed requirements on the designation of an LFO and the provision of handheld metal detectors.
