Pursuant to Memorandum OM Admin – 2026-325 dated March 23, 2026 from the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration regarding the submission of the Property Inventory Form (PIF), and in support of the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of government property records, all public elementary and secondary schools, including Implementing Units (IUs), are hereby directed to conduct s comprehensive Property Inventory Validation of all government-owned properties under accountability.
