In accordance with Republic Act No. 9470 (National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007), DepEd Records Management Operations Manual, applicable DepEd records management issuances, and existing policies governing flexible/alternative work arrangements in the government, all official communications shall remain subject to establish records management, security, accountability, and control procedures regardless of the work arrangement being observed.
