In reference to DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017 (Research Management
Guidelines), as amended by DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2021 and Division
Memorandum No. 191, s. 2026, which provides the framework for the
systematic management of research across governance levels and identifies
the Call for Proposals and Educational Research Proposal Evaluation as key
Stages in the Research Management Cycle, this Office announces the conduct
of the Division-Wide Research Proposal Colloquium for the 12th Basic
Education Research Fund (BERF) and 1st City of Carmona Educational
Research (CCER) Cycles on September 21—25 and 28, 2026, at various venues,
as indicated in the enclosures to this Memorandum.
