Relative to Division Memorandum No. 220, s. 2026, on the Division recognition program, as amended by subsequent issuances adopting the title Gawad Dalub-Kandili 2026, this Office announces the inclusion of Special Awards as an additional component of the recognition program. The Special Awards shall be implemented through the Human Resource Development Section and the Gawad Dalub-Kandili PRAISE Committee and shall be anchored on the three functional pillars of the Division: CARE, SMART, and HOPE.
