Pursuant to Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 114 from the Office of the President directing all government officials and instrumentalities to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols and DepEd Memorandum No. 018, s 2026 titled Implementation of Energy Conservation Protocols and Flexible Work Arrangements in the Department of Education pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, this Office adopt the Four-Day Compressed Workweek starting March 9, 2026 for the SDO personnel in accordance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) MC No. 6, s. 2022 as amended by CSC MC No. 1, s 2025, and such other existing rules and guidelines for the adoption of flexible work arrangements.
