In compliance with the Civil Service Commission Memorandum No. 7 s., 1989, in line with the School Division of Carmona Program SMART-CARE, which promoted the physical and mental wellbeing of teaching and non-teaching personnel, this Office shall conduct ANNUAL PHYSICAL and DENTAL EXAMINATION from April 27, 2026 to May 29, 2026.
