Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 029, s. 2022 titled “Adoption of the Basix Education Monitoring and3 Evaluation Framework” which aims to strengthen accountability, transparency, and result-based monitoring of education programs across all governance level, this Office requires all school heads to submit their accomplishment report using the prescribed SPIRPA template.
