In line with the provision of the DepEd Records Management Operations Manual (2009) and in support of efficient records management practices, as well as to ensure the uniformity, authenticity, and integrity of official records, and pursuant to Republic Act No. 11032, or “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018,” this Office hereby adopts a standardized format for the authentication of official documents issued within the Schools Division Office.
